I created an account but can't login
If you have just created an account, you will not be able to login until your account has been manually approved. Please allow up to 1 week for your account to be reviewed and activated. We fully review your application and registration before it is activated. If we are very busy there may be additional delays. If you do not receive your account activation email within 1 week, please feel free to email us at: helieapplicants2016@gmail.com

At times we also receive a higher than usual amount of applications and registrations. As we manually review each applicant this can also cause some delays. Please be patient.

How long does it take for my account to be activated?

My account has been activated and I am a new applicant..what next?
A) We are requesting that everyone interested in working with us login to our website to read our training section in full. Once you have finished reading the training section in full and feel that you understand the position, you will find a short quiz that is located at the conclusion of the training section. Simply complete the quiz which will send us your results and upgrade request. We would then review the quiz results and either send you an upgrade link that will allow you to be automatically added onto our call-list or we would send you information regarding our orientation session if we feel that you may require additional knowledge of the position based on your quiz results.
I have film experience or have worked for another lsp company, do I still need to read the training and complete the quiz?
A) Yes, we are asking that all applicants please read our training section thoroughly and complete our quiz. We have many protocols we wish to ensure all LSPS fully understand. This is a requirement to be added to our call list.
I am unwilling to read the training section and complete the quiz, can I still work with Helie Film Support?
A) This is a very simple process and is not difficult to do. If you are serious about working with Helie Film Support please understand that this is a requirement for working with us. We are unable to place individuals who do not thoroughly understand the lsp position and our protocols for any positions. If you are unwilling to take these simple steps we wish you the best of luck with your future endeavors.
